Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5 to 14 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Grout & Gap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at JaydenandDamian@gmail.com before your order ships.
